Prof. K.L Chopra completed
his Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia. He has been actively
involved in several research areas such as Surface Science, High
Temperature Superconductors and Amorphous Material, to name a few.
He has also written books on Physics. Some of the well-known titles
are 'Optical Behaviour of Materials' and 'Thin Film Phenomena'.
Prof. K.L Chopra has held the prestigious
position of the Emeritus Fellow and IREDA Chair Professor (Renewable
Energy). He has also been the Director, Indian Institute of Technology,
Kharagpur and the visiting Professor, Cornell University, U.S.A.
He acted as the Consultant to ARCO, Westinghouse and IBM Research
Centers. He has been the Staff Scientist at Ledgemont Lab., Kennecott
Copper Corporation, USA and concurrently Adjunct Professor, North
East Univ., Boston, MA, USA. He has been the Research Specialist
(Group Leader) at Philco-Ford Scientific Laboratory, Blue Bell,
U.S.A. and the Max-Planck Fellow-Guest Scientist, Fritz-Haber Institute,
Berlin, West Germany. He has been also a Research Fellow in the
Defence Research Board of Canada.
Prof. K.L Chopra has several awards
to his credit. These include:

Professor Raizada
is a pioneer in the field of training students for competitive examinations.
He has been the former fellow of Guru Nanak Dev University, Punjab,
and Ex-research Associate, UNESCO Project. He also conducts B.Tech.
classes for Guru Gobind
Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, and is also conducting classes
for various competitive examinations in leading coaching institutes.
A
celebrated author, Prof. Raizada has written many books for I.A.S.,
GATE, Engineering and Medical entrance examinations. He has also
been associated with prestigious correspondence courses.

| Dr. O. P. Sharma has over 34 years experience
in university teaching and research. Dr. Sharma has written several
acclaimed books on subjects in Botany for Macmillan and Tata McGraw-Hill.
He is a prolific writer and has so far authored about two-dozen books
for university students. He has written over 30 research articles
in various national and international journals. He has recently revised
an internationally known book 'Economic Botany' by Professor Albert
F. Hill (Harvard University, USA), a publication of McGraw-Hill International
Publishing Company, New York. Dr. Sharma is currently working as a
Reader in the Department of Botany, Meerut College, Meerut, a premier
institution of Northern India affiliated to C.C.S. University, Meerut. |
